This lovingly restored stone cottage features a bright open-plan living area with views towards the heated pool and courtyard. High beamed ceilings and soft contemporary interiors create a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
 The dining area has a modern fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a comfy sofa and a large  smart TV.

Up the traditional cottage style stairs, the master bedroom with a king size bed and brass bedsteads and spacious ensuite bathroom with a double shower, provide a peaceful sanctuary after a day exploring West Cork's coastline, beaches and villages.
The courtyard area by the pool has bistro tables and chairs and sun loungers with beach towels provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

All Holiday Cottages are non-smoking
No pets allowed
Holiday Cottages are for adults only, no children allowed.

Check in time is after 3pm, check out time is before 11am. 
All rates are in Euro.

Bed linen, towels and all other household linens are included (including pool towels). Weekly exchange of linen on request. 
On departure, the holiday cottage, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition. 
All waste, properly sorted for recycling, has to be deposited in the appropriate waste bins. 
All furniture has to be back in its original place and all kitchen equipment such as oven, microwave, fridge must be cleaned before departing. 
                                      
Occupancy  is 2 adults per Holiday Cottage / Apartment;  higher occupancy than this is not permitted. 

Payment Policy

The full amount will be charged to your card on booking to secure the reservation. 

Cancellation Policy

Your payment is refundable up to 28 days prior to arrival, for cancellations within 28 days of arrival the payment is non-refundable.
