From the courtyard you enter into an open plan kitchen-dining-living area with views over the courtyard and pool on one side and views over the gardens on the other side. The holiday cottage’s main features are its mezzanine bedroom with balcony and its beautiful views over the gardens and pool. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a comfy sofa and a 55” flat screen smart tv. The courtyard area by the pool has bistro tables and chairs and sun loungers with beach towels. Sleeps 2 adults (no children)

PLEASE NOTE: All Holiday Cottages are non-smoking No pets allowedHoliday Cottages are for adults only, no children allowed. Check in time is after 3pm, check out time is before 11am. All rates are in Euro. Bed linen, towels and all other household linens are included (including pool towels). Weekly exchange of linen on request. On departure, the holiday cottage, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All waste, properly sorted for recycling, has to be deposited in the appropriate waste bins. All furniture has to be back in its original place and all kitchen equipment such as oven, microwave, fridge must be cleaned before departing. Occupancy is 2 adults per Holiday Cottage / Apartment; higher occupancy than this is not permitted.

Your payment is refundable up to 28 days prior to arrival, for cancellations within 28 days of arrival the payment is non-refundable.
