 The open plan living and dining space features high vaulted ceilings, a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with island and dining area, and elegant interiors designed to create a relaxed luxury atmosphere.  The living area has a comfy sofa, and a large smart TV.

A striking loft-style bedroom and a gallery landing overlooks the living space below adding a unique boutique feel to the cottage.  

Up the traditional holiday cottage style stairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed and brass bedsteads,  a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a power shower and a walk-in wardrobe.

The courtyard area by the pool has bistro tables and chairs and sun loungers with beach towels.

 An elegant and atmospheric couples retreat in one of West Cork's most peaceful settings.

Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE:

All Holiday Cottages are non-smoking
No pets allowed
Holiday Cottages are for adults only, no children allowed.

Check in time is after 3pm, check out time is before 11am. 
All rates are in Euro.

Bed linen, towels and all other household linens are included (including pool towels). Weekly exchange of linen on request. 
On departure, the cottage, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition. 
All waste, properly sorted for recycling, has to be deposited in the appropriate waste bins. 
All furniture has to be back in its original place and all kitchen equipment such as oven, microwave, fridge must be cleaned before departing. 
                                      
Occupancy  is 2 adults per Holiday Cottage / Apartment;  higher occupancy than this is not permitted. 

Payment Policy

The full amount will be charged to your card on booking to secure the reservation. 

Cancellation Policy

Your payment is refundable up to 28 days prior to arrival, for cancellations within 28 days of arrival the payment is non-refundable.
